Eugenics Record Office Collection
The Eugenics Record Office Collection was established in 1910 at the Carnegie Institute of Washington (Cold Spring Harbor, NY) and closed in 1939. succeeded by the Department of Genetics. The collection contains administrative papers, photographs, publications and supporting materials, family pedigree charts, and requests for information, as well as materials related to and accrued by superintendent Harry H. Laughlin.

Amar Klar Collection
The Amar Klar Collection documents the research of Dr. Amar J. S. Klar during his time at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (1978-1988). The collection is mainly laboratory research notebooks and a very small number of photographs and correspondence.
Long Island Biological Association Collection
The Long Island Biological Association Collections contains papers and ledgers of the members of the Long Island Biological Association from the years 1923-1962. The materials consist of correspondence, meeting notes, financial papers, fundraising papers and development plans.
Roberto Malinow Laboratory Collection
This Collection is composed primarily of material generated by the Roberto Malinow Laboratory Group (Dr. Roberto Malinow and his laboratory staff) during their tenure at the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory from 1994 until 2006. A small portion of laboratory notebooks are from Dr. Malinow’s, and his colleague Dezhi Liao’s, previous work at the University of Iowa.

The Barbara McClintock Collection consists of 10 series pertinent to the life of a world-renowned plant geneticist and Nobel prize winner. There are materials relevant to both her personal life as well as her scientific work. Within the series, you will find correspondence, published materials, photographs, slides, negatives, artifacts, and memorabilia.
Gerald Rubin Collection: Model Organism Genome Sequencing
The Dr. Gerald Rubin Collection contains documents pertinent to the Drosophila sequencing project collaboration in 1999, the Celera Genomics collaboration, and correspondence with the Department of Energy concerning support for model organism sequencing.

The Jeffrey Strathern Collection documents the experimental laboratory work performed by Dr. Jeffrey N. Strathern during his tenure at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in what was known as the “Yeast Group”. The collection consists of laboratory notebooks which include photographs and audiographs.
