Scope and Contents The notebook contains films created from the Blackburn laboratory with x-rays inside the notebook. This notebook, Grieder has xrayed several gel elctrophoresis experiments. The first in this file is IV 73. In IV 73, Grieder conducts two seperate experiments. One is for an eiht day exposure and the other using an MNase enzyme and a single stranded RNA sequence onto an open screen.
