Scope and Contents Ran certain nucleotide sequences, like G4T2 (one hot and one reacted) through the enzyme Kinase. Scope and Contents This is a notebook within a series regarding Greider's laboratory notebooks. The notebook begins with a gel electrophoresis experiment. Greider ran assays on exo and endo single stranded DNA, and found that with the fragments she was studying, Guanine and Cytosine were the constants among the four nucleotides.
