Ran certain nucleotide sequences, like G4T2 (one hot and one reacted) through the enzyme Kinase. The hot G4T2 sequence that ran through the gel the reactants didn’t seem to work properly. Tried purifying the nucleotides which then resulted in faded bands. In the end, she decided to use the DNA from yeast. She extracted the oligonucleotides and spun the it to create a pellet. However, the pellet didn’t form. But was more successful the second time.

This is a notebook within a series regarding Greider's laboratory notebooks. The notebook begins with a gel electrophoresis experiment. Greider ran assays on exo and endo single stranded DNA, and found that with the fragments she was studying, Guanine and Cytosine were the constants among the four nucleotides.
