This series contains correspondence and documentation regarding academic conferences which Maniatis attended. Materials include invitations, correspondence, travel plans, expenses, programs, and compensation. Conferences which were attended frequently are named and arranged alphabetically. Conferences attended only once are arranged by year. Also included is a file of speaking invitations as well as assorted flyers and conference programs.

The Confidential series and folders pertaining to finances and personnel are restricted and cannot be accessed. Access is given only by appointment, 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.
