Cloning and Sequencing Telomerases/RNA genes
Scope and Contents
The notebook contains films created from the Blackburn laboratory with x-rays inside the notebook. The notebook begins with a focus on gels with telomerase RNA clone using a sequence of RNA. The next gel used an enzyme, PCG1, labelling the areas of the gel where Adenine, Guanine, Thymadine, and Cytosine. Using the colonies from previous gel experiments Grieder sequenced the DNA extracted from the cells producing significalty darker bands than before. The next set of files were gels using Bgl 2 enzyme with labeled certain repeats of DNA sequence.
