Scope and Contents

The notebook contains films created from the Blackburn laboratory with x-rays inside the notebook. The notebook begins with Grieder analyzing a series of assays. Several of the assays included RNase and MNase. The enzymse seemed to have degraded some of the DNA. Some of the gels used other sequences of DNA, specifcally certain nucleotides as well as full sequences. The file ended with a series of studies on the use of Rifamycin.
