CWG Films IV 3-14
Scope and Contents
The notebook begins with a gel that has a darker exposure. The light exposure in IV 4, where a certain DNA sequence was used, utilized a Taq restriction enzyme over seven days. In another gel, there was exposure with distinct markers, specifically using Taq and Kinase as restriction enzymes. In IV 5, Grieder loaded two different gels with different fragments and restriction enzymes. In IV 6, Grieder exposed the gel for three days on a screen and in IV 7, there was a seven day exposure on a specific DNA sequence, G4T2. In IV 10, Grieder used a 6% Acryl gel that was set and the DNA was poured through over 24 hour exposures. Grieder did another gel with a 3 week exposure. In IV 11, used a 6 day exposure for all gels in this particular invitro experiment. In IV 13, used a seventeen day exposure resulting in dark columns under a Urea gel. In another gel, Grieder exposed it over six days with the combination of Yeast Oligonucleotide, an MNase enzyme, and cell extacts. Invitro experiment 14 used a Urea gel on one side and Acryl gel 6% with four day exposure.
