Sub-Series II: Alphabetical , 1950 - 2007
Scope and Contents
This series contains correspondence between Hamilton and notable scientists such as Struther Arnott and Francis Crick, with the bulk of the correspondence being from Maurice Wilkins. Other notable correspondents include Odile Crick (Francis Crick’s wife), Watson Fuller, and Robert Olby. Some folders contain copies of correspondence between Hamilton, Wilkins and scientists such as Alexander Rich, C. P. Rhoads, D. Hamer, Geoffrey Brown, George Wooley, Joseph Edwards, M. P. Barnett, R. L. Sinsheimer, and W. Olin Hall, some of which are copies which Wilkins shared with Hamilton.
Sub-series I is arranged chronologically and sub-series II is arranged aphabetically. The folders include letters, postcards, notes, and manuscript drafts.
