Meselson met Jean Weigle during a phage meeting at CSHL. Meselson was giving a talk to Max Delbruck's group which Weigle was a part of. These folders include letters between Meselson and Weigle discussing Meselson's experiments on transduction. Meselson would send detailed letters to Weigle reporting on his findings. The letters span 1959-1962.
